What is the reason to stay dead and to watch until the end of the Last Spartan Standing .It’s waste of time.When I cancel the game, the progress is not count! I’m Forced to watch everything,that is really stupid and nerving!

Your progress should update once the match ends. You won’t see progress immediately after quitting. Check back after your next match to see if your challenges progressed.

There does seem to be a few challenges that are currently bugged if you leave early. I know for certain that the “complete last Spartan standing matches” challenge requires you to stay to the end. Others have reported the melee one isn’t tracking either when leaving before the end of the match.

I don’t care about progress, I just don’t want to be banned. Be forced to watch until the end is totally nonsense
Next time you run or of lives before the match is over, go ahead and read the pop-up that immediately shows up before you dismiss it.
You will not get banned if you leave after running out of lives.

Every game I’m left early I have not been awarded any XP or anything.

Once the match ends, It rewards you, not when you quit.
If you are talking about the daily challenge, it will “disappear” but you won’t be awarded the XP until the match officially ends.
I’ve confirmed this personally by noting my XP points/level, then checking it again later, after not even playing any more matches, and it has increased.

It could be worse knowing Bungie released an event around the same time this new season released, and some of the content is exclusive for streamers.
So instead of playing all the content Bungie created for the event, you get the privilege to watch the free advertisement play content you will never get to touch. Pretty cool huh? 
Mark my words, sooner or later 343 will be doing the exact same thing. They have already shows there are not limits to what they will do.

It doesn’t. You have to wait the whole game.
What challenge are you referring to? There were a few bugged ones that weren’t finishing on the first day. Halo Support says they pushed out an update yesterday intended to fix some of these bugged challenges.
I checked yesterday and today and the non-event ones update but the event ones don’t.

Unfortunately it seems that challenge progress doesn’t get counted if it disconnects you from the server when you leave the game(the notification comes up). Atleast in my experience. Could be wrong. 50% of the time this happens when I leave the new mode. if it doesn’t say it I end up getting the xp and challenges usually after I play another match. Otherwise been wasted time
you don’t have to, but the current bugs are annoying. i haven’t heard anything of them acknowledging that theres an issue- 343 could at least tell us that they see we’re having these issues…
