two days ago my internet went down and now when I play halo 5 and go to play co-op campaign, Warzone, Arena, and custome games it says “Could not find server that was suitable for all members of your fireteam” I don’t know what that means pls clarify and in custom games to says “Error retrieving data center connection quality info. Pls try again later” what does that mean when I check my internet conectikn it says good all clear and stuff I am all by my self with no party members or fireteam members and I has been like this for two days pls answer. it doesn’t say I got banned or anything ether.
Have you tried restarting your halo 5?
Take the disc out, start to play another game, put halo 5 in and start halo 5 again.
I’ve had the same problem and this usually helps me.
I would check your Router. Make sure the firewall on it is allowing the IP of the Xbox through. Maybe try setting your IP on your Xbox to Static and adding it to the DMZ on the router. Also Power cycle the console and try again.
