Because I’m constantly getting flipping yoinked!
Why is it whenever I set up a good assassination. I get yoinked by some random BK whose going -5.

Play with a party who won’t yoink otherwise just accept it. Bungie designed the game to award a medal and the kill to anyone who yoinks an assassination so of course players will do it every chance they get.
Because if he’s currently -5 that yoink will help him out. Also it’s funny to yoink people and listen to them yell like it actually matters. Honestly I’ve been yoinked like 5 times and never got angry when it happened.
Why didn’t you include in your video the part where you pulled that rocket launcher off your back and toasted homeboy?
The crap happens all the time. In all honesty, just deal with it. So you didn’t get your assassination. Oh well. Give it another go later.
Besides, that wasn’t an “amazingly well set up” assassination. It was more you hiding behind a pillar and waiting the few seconds for him to get up the airlift, when the guy who followed him up the airlift was probably following him for longer than you took to even set-up. As far as I can see, you shouldn’t be complaining.
I agree though, I get ninjas pretty often… But no, -Yoink- has to yoink me. Sorry bud, maybe H4 will get rid of the medal.

Use active camo on 4v4 team games and hide on top of objects and swoop down like the assassin you are!
Yoinking is unforgivable… Unless in a tougher/ competitive match like MLG and Arena. In both cases a teammat saved me be yo inking my kills, getting me out of animation. Very good teammate and very nooby of me for not just beating down.
I hate yoinkers. But, as I try to stay away from my team, I’m usually not yoinked, and the person sitting next to me in splitscreen doesn’t yoink me and I don’t yoink him.
It’s one of those things you just have to deal with.
I would have to piggy back off of tim, I would not get mad if it was mlg or arena. I cant count how many assasinations i have done and i would of been killed or counter assasinated if my bud didnt nuke him and him me with next one. Although if it keeps giving you trouble, try finding a friend that would be able to help you get the award if you really want it.
