Why haven't i 343 responded to this error issue?

This issue affect so many people and they haven’t gone out and say something that they are looking into it or that this issue on the server side or user side. They need to be more transperant with this issue.

Stop with silence BS and start communicating.

A monitor told me that there were some responses from someone at 343 regarding it but I haven’t seen them yet and it is a big issue that is affecting many people like you said (including me)

I have to agree been three days now and they can’t even give us a update.

I’ve factory reset my console hell I’ve now spent 5 hours talking to Microsoft trying to get his issue resolved. (Time I’ll never get back).

All my other games work fine why can’t this one.

Sorry this has turned to a bit of a rant but can we please have some information on why this is happening. 343

There hasn’t really been a clear answer so far and it’s very unsettling as a consumer

There is a new update to XBox One and hopefully it will fix this issue, but the silence from i343 is still troublesome.

If this update fixes the game remains to be seen, but those people who factory resets there Xbox One to have 50% chance to install the game is like slap in the face. i343 should have gone out and said something before people suggest to each other that they should make factory reset.

agree factory reset is unacceptable way if you have to redownload all your games to fix HW2 issue.

Downloaded the update for XBox One and tried to reinstall HW2. NOPE!!! It’s still stop at the same point in the installtion. I bet this is the 10th year anniversary present to stop playing HW2 and wait for Halo 6.

Right after being on Microsoft support for another 2 hours a possible solution is to get the DLC refunded and then rebuy the game currently downloading I’ll update if this works.

Also 343 update please We can’t hear you.

Scratch that is didn’t work.

Please hold on wiping your boxes, we have had enough examples of the issue repeating itself that it has been escalated to the Xbox people. My guess is its a corrupted copy of the build being served to the people on this thread.

Wouldn’t it be better for you to make a main post where you address this and tell the community to stay put and a new release will coming soon or instruction how to fix this without re-flashing my HDD.

Going to lock this thread, and tell people to follow whats going on, on this one.

Other thread about this issue.
