Why have I been banned?

I seems to be banned for misconduct, I haven’t been given an explanation to why this has happened.

Why is there no contact number to speak to someone?

Ive just spend an hour with Microsoft who have told me there is nothing wrong with my account.

I don’t know about misconduct but you have a lot of DNF’s. 5 out of 10. Is a good reason to be quit banned.

There’s a thread where you can post about this. Not sure where it’s at but too much team killing can cause a temporary ban. The banhammer is strong on this game unfortunately. How long were you banned and what exactly did it say?

I have a poor quality internet connection and it drops out a fair bit.

They can tell the difference between you quitting or you being dropped.

I’m not sure they can if that’s why I’ve been banned.

They can definitely tell if you leave or lag out. They have a system for that.
