Why hasnt 343 brought back the Katana?

I get that the Hayabusa can’t be brought back because of Copyright. But why hasnt 343 brought back the Katana Armor? They can’t copyright a sword.

If you have something recreated in every game, it’s no longer special. Just let the memory dwell in your mind, fully preserved.

I thought it was stupid the first time round. It would do nothing in the day and age the universe is in its just showy and dum
