Why has only about 5% of players beat the story on Heroic or higher? Where are the Vets

I honestly have zero faith in the Infinite team, so long as microtransactions are in the game THAT will be the priority, everything else will be an afterthought.

As for MCC for starters it has an entirely different dev team, the only team at 343 I trust, also MCC is gonna be updated throughout 2022 so we still have new content coming in.

Seeing how it’s still running on the same flight beta version i would agree lol i don’t get why they can’t just hire people and fix these issues, zero reason we should still technically be running the beta flight version

Im still waiting for coop.
Since halo 2 the first thing my brother and I do is beat the campaign on legendary.
Dunno if were gonna do it for infinite at this point tho

I always play campaign games at their hardest difficulty…I don’t see the point otherwise tbh. I’ve completed all Halo campaigns on Legendary including Halo Infinite twice on 2 different GTs (100% completion to get all the cosmetics).

The point of my post…I’ve never been so bored playing a campaign in all the years I’ve been gaming. The initial excitement of the repetitive mundane empty open world soon wears off after a few hours and turns into a grappling hook snooze fest. Not sure if I’ll even bother doing it again if they ever release co-op unless they release some decent cosmetic rewards…or may be if my friends ever decide to come back to the game and want to play it.

Laso is a walk in the park with the sword, tank gun, and bandana skull.

Beat it on Legendary first run. Not playing it again. Those boss battles were annoying. There were so many boss battles it did not even feel like a Halo game at times…

i beat LASO on Day 3 or 4 without the scorpion gun :muscle:

So? I dont get GP for Halo, I got it for the Netflix like library and social features of Live. So that’s hundreds of games and discounts for about 50 quids , i always get the yearly sub at half price or lower.Like I said, you played yourself.

Because I can’t be bothered to finish this excuse of a Halo campaign, only other Halo campaign I could finish in one sitting or very quickly was Halo 5. I MIGHT force myself to finish it in the next 6 months, but why waste my time on such a bad game when there are so many other better ones worth my time? Halo is dead.

uninstalled mine 2 months back because the DRM on Xbox means we really can never know if the campaign will always be available. It’s the same thing with GT7 right now which has many voicing their upset over such a stupid inclusion. I was quite enjoying it but nah 343 and has lost my interest in the franchise. I play these campaigns many times over and have done since CE but not potentially being able to play Infinite campaign meant I wasn’t going to even bother. Had they said very clearly that this game require an online validation every time I played then I wouldn’t have bothered

Maybe cus they want a new generation to play halo but they dont understand all these young kids play are battle royales.

I myself want to play the campaign with my buddy i played it with 15 years ago

Edit
I could go on for an hour about every issue with this build

But im sure in year er so the game will be complete
Such a shame this game was rushed out so they could their pathetic cat ears

The thunder skull alone warrants a replay. With Mythic on luck will not save you as the deaths pile up.

I wonder how many more rare achievements there are for gamepass games versus fully paid games, or what the completion percentage looks like a month before and after a paid game goes to gamepass.

My brother downloaded the multiplayer. He’s not so much into Halo but we played quite a few rounds together until he got frustrated with it. He never had any intention of playing the campaign.

I guess im happy to be part of that 5%

The campaign was awesome, not very many complaints in that regard. I always play through on Legendary my first time, then go back through again for collectables. LASO on Infinite was a hoot!

Because, while the gameplay is really fun (but, in its own way, Halo 5 was too) and there are a couple of nice ideas (the grappling hook, which I initially feared could distort the game, is a great addition), there are too many bad mistakes and heavy shortcomings. The single player campaign was a bitter disappointment for me: it abruptly and inexplicably interrupts the narrative line of the previous ones, but above all, with its Assasin Creed structure, it replaced all the epicity that characterized the francise with a repetitiveness aimed at extending a excessively the broth, diluting an already meager and difficult to understand plot; moreover, the videos are practically absent (which with Halo Reach had reached an incredible narrative level). I mean, I think this is unfortunately the worst campaign in the Halo series.
