Yesterday, at launch I played sixteen hours of swat, war zone, slayer and breakout non-stop, earning myself a bunch of req packs, Spartan rank 18 and a swat season standing of champion rank 18. after playing from 8am to 2am I log out and turn off my console to return again at 1:30pm to find ALL of my progress has been reset, rank, req points, playlist ranks the lot… I tried logging in an out, resetting the internet, and even playing a couple matches of swat, nothing has worked. Its now 6:45pm and it still has not been fixed, I know of other people who have had this problem and their ranks and playlist ranks were restored in an hour but mine is still to be fixed.
I would love a response to this message from someone who has an actual solution to the problem (343 Industries we are looking at you)

You should find that all of your stats and ranks are displaying correctly here on your Halo Waypoint Service Record - can you confirm that that’s the case? To resolve the issue of not seeing your ranks in-game, hard resetting your console (holding down the front power button for 5 seconds, or unplugging) should resolve this issue. Let us know!

my rank req points and CSR has all been returned, thank you for your assistance! I will let you know if this error occurs again, on my way to work to the top of the leaderboards in swat! Wish me luck
