Looking through your Halo 4 Service Record, you were XP banned for not completing several games within a short period of time. Today alone, you have six games you either quit/ were lagged out of/ were booted from and three games where you have zero kills. Yesterday, you have two games where you either quit/ were lagged out of/ were booted from.
The automated banhammer looks for patterns where people are leaving games habitually within a short period of time as well as people who finish games with zero kills. The banhammer considers zero kills to mean the given player was AFCing/AFKing (Away from Controller or idling) and also is counted against you. Hate to say it, but based upon your Halo 4 game history, it looks likes you earned your temporary XP ban. To prevent a ban from happening again, finish your games and earn at least one kill in each game.
