Every single time I go on Halo:5 Guardians my game always crashes. Its not just me. Other peoples games have been freezing after being kicked from a custom game or after a game of slayer. This makes me really made because whenever I open a gold pack, Boom!, My game crashes. This makes me want to play Other games then Halo 5. I have days and days on this game, But now that the last “Bug Patch” Came out, My game has been crashing like crazy, And remember, Its not just me.
I would try a hard reset of the Xbox before going into H5. Hold down the power button till the Xbox shuts off, even unplug the power cord from the back of the Xbox for a bit for extra measure. Plug it back in and restart and relaunch the game and see if that helps.

Hasn’t been happening to me. Consider restarting the Xbox. It solves a lot of issues, including numerous audio glitches I had on Forza Horizon 3. You’ll probably be surprised.
As others have said, reset the Xbox. I’ve found that this sometimes helps with lag, believe it or not.

At least you don’t have achievement not popping up on FH3.
