Why Halo Waypoint does not read my profile?

I have found 7 terminals in Campaign and it is showing in my Stats on Waypoint Website well. However seems the Halo Waypoint on my XBOX 360 can not read my profile, all the videos still remain locked. And even if I input secret codes, it is telling me “must found terminal * first”…

I remember I can see those videos once. But now they all gone. Not sure if it has something to do with my profile store location: I usually store my profile in XBOX 4G built-in memory, but once I wrongly selected the 250GB harddisk (Every time I enter the game, Halo4 ask me to select a store location, which is an annoying and error-prone design, anyway …) But I have deleted the wrong profile on the 250GB harddisk and made sure only 1 profile existing on 4G, but still WayPoint is showing no videos.

What can I do to make this right?

Hi, Halo way point is not ready my progress when I do things. The things it will not update is I have completed the whole campaign on legendary alone but it says I have only beat it on easy. Please fix that for me and the other thing is that I but it terminals and there codes but did not get a lot of the credits from them either on my account. Please fix it!!

BTW, I found the terminal video is no longer available on halowaypoint.com web.

343 guys and web admin: you guys should really working on the User Inteface and not forcing people to upgrade to MS Gold…
