It’s a pretty old and unsupported app at this point in time, and was since basically replaced by the Halo Channel app, which has also fallen into disuse/disrepair.
It’s like MSN messenger. I’m sure it still exists in some capacity, but it’s still so old and unused that there’s no point anymore.
