Why Halo CEA is not in "HALO STATS SUMMARY / CAREER MILESTONE"?

It seems that the achievements for HALO CEA does not count to the Career Milestone.

Could you clarify what you mean? I have All the Anniversary Campaign achievements, and they have been added to my Halo Waypoint Career.
