Why Halo 5 is Very Good & How it Could be Better

Many people -Yoink- and complain about Halo 5 being bad. But the only things the are looking at are negatives. And some people simply can’t handle change. So I’m here to say what Halo 5 has done right, and what could have been done better.

Done Right

  • Gameplay is Solid - Weapon Balancing is very good - Provided Region Lock in the initial stages of the game - Provided core modes such as FFA, Team Slayer, Arena, SWAT - Equal access of armour abilities - Removed Grenade indicator introduced in H2A - Provided the most in-depth forge to date and more is coming - Provided a blank forge canvas, 2 scenery-based forge canvases - Added a visible cooldown to the HUD for shields and thruster. - Removed H4 armour abilities - ADS with all weapons is good even though if you’re good you won’t use it often - Adding new weapons - Gave us Breakout and Warzones - Gave us a website-like UI - Added social game modes (e.g. BTB, Infection and Grifball) - Good CSR system - Removed Region Lock as servers became more stable - Gives us classic weapons to play with (waiting for the brute shot or H2 Energy Sword) - Provided extensive custom game options - Provided Machinima controls for every Machinima creator out there. - Made scripting less confusing - With the magic of scripting we can almost make our own campaign levels - Updates monthly (sometimes bi-monthly) - Server maintenance every quarter - Sprinting mechanics in conjunction with shield regeneration are good - Brought flag running back - Dynamic MapsCould Be Better

  • Forge On Release - Map Variety - Campaign - Sprint Mechanics - Game mode variety - Social game type variety - Assault Ball Spawns - Spawn System - Automated Ban System could be refined - Warzone - Firefight concept could be better - Community Maps could be includedMy Wishlist

  • Button Combos with H2 and H3 weapons - Proper AI in forge - Checkpoints in forge - Another campaign to play
All things considered Halo 5 is a good game but could use some tweaking. If these tweaks were made everyone would have a much better time. And all those that supported #HaloX (The Minority of players) will still not like it.

Lol I doubt if anyone read this

And others simply can’t handle alternative viewpoints.

I’m curious about what #HaloX has to do with this. So far I’ve seen like one video blaming new fans for the problems in the community, then a few videos blaming classic fans for the problems in the community. I think that movement is doomed to fail because it ironically has no unified vision or leadership.
