Why Halo 2 Anniversary don't have PT-BR subtitles?

OK, in cutscenes have a subtitles, but not in the game, we need subtitles IN THE GAME and dialogues!!
I’m having a big trouble to understanding the game’s history!

It’s sad. I want subtitles in the game too. I need this, and i dont have en-en or en-us subtites.

So far, I have not seen any improvement/replies for HALO 2 and HALO 3 cut scenes subtitles even I posted a couple of threads about HALO 2 & HALO 3 cutscene subtitles earlier on this year and last year as well

Is it easy to make a HALO 2 & 3 cutscene subtitles/close caption patch?
