343 are you serious? why are none of the new vehicles in -Yoinking!- forge!? what if I wanna try my damn vehicle out before I use it an it gets instantly destroyed by some kid with a damn splaser in WZ?! it seems to me like 343 just looks at forge like IDGAF it don’t make me money so why give a damn right? they over complicate it to the point of alienation an then they’re to lazy to add in all the WZ weapons an vehicles? it seems like 343 are trying to force you to go into there stupid cash cow an blow a bunch of cash. I WILL NEVER SPEND A DIME ON A GOLD PACK EVER. by not doing something so obvious you sqaunder SO much potential for custom games. you know a STAPLE of halo. there are so many possibilities with custom games an just games in general! can you imagine blood gulch with WZ vehicles?! or a custom game where everyone has a voids tear?! but nah -Yoink- all that an instead just barely support forge with sad little asthetic features instead of actual gameplay features… y’know… the stuff that makes the game fun!?
They have stated many times that this was just a REQ drop and not the full, originally planned update.
Everything that was in the Hog Wild update that was not a REQ drop (i.e. new Forge stuff/fixes, new maps, balance fixes, new things, etc.) have all been pushed back to the end of June for the Warzone Firefight update, to allow time to polish and test said new things.
Also, rant posts like these tend to go unanswered by higher-ups and left alone.
Simple questions and/or appropriately worded constructive feedback is way more helpful than yelling in caps lock about something that has been said several times all over the forums.
The Forge team have been working pretty much flat out to get some cool stuff out to the community, they certainly don’t have an IDGAF attitude towards it. Have a read over the twitter timeline of Tom French, on of the Forge dev’s (@pardontomfrench) for a idea of what they’re been doing, challenges they face, how much work they’ve put in and what they have planned.
