Why for halo 4 ending "fire machine gun"?

I’ve been wondering alot about this as it is funny yet weird I just want to know if they can fix it as it is annoying but still funny and weird.

I believe it was fixed in a patch last year.

Yeah, this was patched last year as part of the first big update to MCC:

I got it a couple times recently but it went away so I dont know if it’ll come back
