With 30 days of Arena played in nearly 5,000 games, several of which have come since you first made this thread, I can’t imagine it’s being that difficult for you.

I don’t see a difference at all using the search preferences. I don’t even think they do anything.

The only difference I have experienced was when I would search expanded in 6 in the morning in btb and we get the same 8 man team…

Using focused search, which is all I use nowadays, I only get EU servers. So in that sense focused search does work. However, the servers/netcode still do not make the game play satisfactorily. Also, even on EU servers they are too distant for me to be really acceptable with latency no less than 50-70ms and with plenty of lagspikes.

I hope they do more for H5 in this respect but I´m afraid they won´t. But there is no doubt a potential future Halo game must address this with more server locations and selectable servers.

I’ve never found a game with focused search, I mean NEVER!
It’s completely useless here in South America.
I’m really tired of playing allways on american servers with lag disadvantage.
That’s not fair. These dedicated servers are a big farce…

lol I get the same results on Balanced
