Why firefight counts as a loss on service records?

So something that I’ve noticed is that on the forums, it says in my service records that I have a 49% win rate, which is different from the service records that I can pull up at the Xbox halo wars 2 menu screen. My last loss, was a firefight loss, and it didn’t show up on the halo wars 2 menu screen, but it did here. I don’t understand why firefight losses are being counted, because on the halo wars 2 menu screen, I have 60 less losses then I do here. I’m just curious if I’m the only one with this issue and if it’s actually intended

Vary simple.

True: you have to win, unless it would be like a skirmish against AI in which you quit before the end
