The game is a proven failure. The population is nonexistent compared to the other halo games. And since it is fully playable on the 360 and only 2 years old it really makes no sense to waste any playlist spots on it. I mean really do we need TWO Halo 4s out right now when nob ody even plays the first one?
SMH Halo 4 fans will kill halo no doubt. Might as well add Glitter Pony Dance-Off while their at it rather play that than H4.
To keep it out of every other playlist.
If somebody wants to play Halo 4, fine. Go for it. The only way they’ll kill Halo is if they decide future games should play like 4, and 343i listens.
Here’s my problem with people who say that Halo 4 is on the 360 and to just play it on that. Halo 3 is also on the 360. Would you have them not have H3 in any playlists because of this?

Because Halo 3 is in a state of complete lol on the 360.
Low pop, boosters/derankers, more modders than ever, etc. Halo 3 deserves at least some more support in the MCC (as well as CE and 2) because it’s a joke to play on the 360 now a days. Halo 4 hasn’t changed nearly as much since it was released.
When MM is fixed every game should have multiple playlists, ranked, and specific to each game. The mixed playlists should be the minority.
Look, Halo 4 is by-far the least popular Halo, but it has its fans. Even more reason to have its own playlist: so it doesn’t get voted for on things like BTB and the people who like it can play what they want. Bottom line is Halo 4 (as advertised) deserves its own playlist.
If you really hate Halo 4, give the people who like it somewhere to play. Hopefully it will keep them satisfied enough to not want a repeat of H4.

It has a completely negative effect you nimrod. There is only so many playlists 343 is going to give us. By making Halo 4 one or two of them that is taking playlists away from games that actually need them like H2 and Hce

Yes Actually I want that too but I didn’t want to cause an uproar.
halo 3 and halo 4 are fully playable in their orignal forms. It makes no sense for them to be here. The game really should have just had All 4 campaigns with just Halo 2 classic and halo 2 anniversary mutliplayers.
We should also get rid of Halo 1 because it’s on PC and XBConnect, and Halo 2 because it’s also on XbConnect as well as Vista, and Halo: CEA and Halo 3 because it too is on the 360. You’re right, this game should just be a 6 map multiplayer disc. You make fair points, and are correct in stating that this game needs to be remade into a 6 map multiplayer disc for the H2:A game. I mean Halo 1 and 2 for the Xbox and PC are both 1080p at 60fps, as is Halo: CEA, Halo 3 and 4 for the 360. We didn’t realise this, so thank you, oh splurge lord of the forums. I’ll write my manifesto to 343 explaining your wisdom. You should own Microsoft, you’re now my best friend.

LOL “I don’t think they should have halo 2 playlists in halo 2 Anniversary” What a logical thing to say. You know this game was made to cleberate halo2’s anniversary right which is why it was released on H2’s anniversary and H2 got the special treatment? You know this game would have never even been made had Halo fans not asked for it so much. You know halo waypoints poll with thousands of votes showed over 80% of people bought the MCC for halo 2.

God you people are so illogical. Comparing halo 3 and 4 on the 360 to halo CE and halo 2 on the PC is laughable.
Halo 4 is literally 2 years old. For someone to think it needs to be on another disc just 2 years later is -Yoinking!- stupid. And the fact that it was a fail;ure jsut two years ago yet you want to give it another try.

Ugh you’re all acting like this is called “Halo: The Master Chief Collection” and are all acting like Frankie and Dan said “Once we have ironed out the bugs plaguing online, we will switch back to the dedicated servers and have all 5 online games in their seperate playlists with different static and rotational game types”. It was on the very front page of way point for atleast a month. It wasn’t like a user made poll it was an offical Waypoint poll. You have your head so far up your -Yoink- that you somehow can’t believe that people would vote for halo 2 even though it is ALWAYS referred to as the best halo.
