Why dosen't Bungie fix this game?

I mean come on their name in on the case of the game so why don’t they fix MCC? It’s not like 343 is going to do anything to support it anymore. Oh wait they can re release H2A as a standalone.

Bungie doesn’t own the right to the Halo franchise anymore or any of its games, they’re currently locked in a dea with Activision

If Bungie owned this game it would work, no question about that. They’ve always cared about their fans unlike 343

This is an unfounded assertion. You’re just prejudiced.

I wonder if 343 could get in trouble because 343 could be damaging the word Bungie especially like the OP said Bungie’s name is credited with this game.

Well…Maybe this time not, RIP

As I said above Bungie no longer own any of the rights to the Halo franchise, Microsoft does

I know that Microsoft owns the Ip but Bungies name is still on the case and in the credits along with all the original people that are credited with each said game. Just saying the MCC could be damaging to a said companies name or said persons name when that said product which was in fine working order and is no longer not and that said person or group feels that said product can damage their name because that said new producer or studio damaged their oringal product.

And I don’t mean any disrespect to the monitors on this:)

Lol prejudiced?! Agaisnt what? Companies that don’t care about their customers?! When Bungie was is in charge Halo gameplay was nearly flawless. The mess that still is MCC is an embarrassment and if 343 cared about Halo fans they would be constantly updating the community about fixes and actually repairing the game. Problems continue to persist 18 months later.

It works fine for me most of the time. I’ve put over 27 days into MCC.

Good for you, a lot of other people disagree with you. No contest, Bungie knew what Halo was, how it should play, and how often it should be updated, far better than 343i does, what with Dan Ayoub going dark and never apologizing for lying to us and Bonnie Ross promising to fix this game and then going dark about it since her promise back in, I believe, January. Put 2 and 2 together. 343i does not care about classic Halo. They only care about Call of Halo: Spartan Warfare Ops 5.

You may be right.

It’s THEIR games. It’s THEIR franchise that they wrote and started. It’s THEIR history. I like 343i, but they have done nothing but fail the community starting with Halo 4 being the worst populated game in the Halo franchise. Then giving us MCC, biggest video game fail in history. And now, Halo 5 that shipped with 1/4 of what it should have had, and barely anything earned by working for it with achievements. But you can buy and purchase REQ packs all the way to a convenient $99.99 bundle to get armor! I still respect and like 343i for what they’re trying to do, and that they’re taking over Halo and keeping it alive as well as they can, but there is nothing prejudice talking about Bungie giving us completely working games (besides small tweaks) their whole time with the franchise.

But Bungie never took on a project of this size. Now, I think that it’s probable that a Bungie version of MCC would’ve shipped with less problems, because they are more experienced game designers, but a flawless version? I just don’t know about that.

Plus Bungie is ruined look at destiny they lost their spirits.

The Bungie you’re referring to no longer exists.

As to why 343i doesn’t bother fixing The Master Chief Collection, the answer is simple: They already have your money, and fixing what is still broken in TMCC would not earn them any more.
