Why don't ppl use the "issue orders" in Warzone?

It seems like I’m the only person who ever pings areas with enemies. Why don’t other players use this function? Does it only show up for people in your premade fireteam?
Pointless for solo players to ping?

Most players don’t know about it. I think it’s the one feature in H5 that people learn 100% through word-of-mouth as there is no tutorial for it.

Ive never seen any markers indicating that other people use it, so I just don’t use it myself. Does it even work properly?

I have seen it but I play with friends and have mica so there isn’t a need for me.

Is this what happens when you press up on the dpad? Plus I’ve known about the button press for a while now but I haven’t exactly figured out what it does.

I’ve used it before, but it doesn’t really help. A lot of times, the players who don’t know where the enemies are spawning are newish accounts so it’s likely they won’t know what the ping is either.

Just as with others before me, this is my first time hearing of it outside of Campaign. I never assumed it would be necessary with real players.

I’ve probably used it less than 5 times in all the matches I’ve played. It’s a neat feature; however, I’ve never seen any practical use for it

I do it aswell. Its a very underrated feature

I use this ping function in practically every match I play - unfortunately, it’s all accidental due to my heavy thumbs. :wink:

I use it all the time, the problem is that no one cares haha

Same. Over 3,500 hours in H5 and this is news to me.

Because I am greedy and want all the kills to myself :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:. That and I am pretty sure not many know about it.

The ping isn’t very notciable to other players. The only thing the other player sees on their radar is your blip flashing for a brief moment. There is no sound effect or additional visual cue on the radar. I accidentally press the ping all the time, and nobody cares. An under implemented feature IMO. The radar should make a noise when receiving a ping or something to better alert other players. No one is gonna notice a yellow dot flash for a second.
