Why don't i rank up?

Im currently Bronze Recruit but i should level up to Silver Recruit, i have more than 10 Posts.

There is no rank for Recruit - Silver. The Recruit rank skips it and goes from Bronze straight to Gold.

There was an adjustment made a few years back to help combat automated spam on the forums. Silver got bypassed due to this but the ranks were never restructured
