Why don't Cortana say ''Yank me'' when taken out--

Hi, full title: Why don’t Cortana say ‘‘Yank me’’ when taken out from a terminal?

Question: In all the Halo games, where Cortana was inside a terminal and is about to be take out she always said: ‘‘Yank me’’ but now in Halo 4 she says: ‘‘pull me’’ or something else from ‘‘yank me’’ so why change that? Wasn’t it enough to change the armors look?

Considering her situation, I doubt she was concerned with consistency.
