When you get an assist for an AI kill it counts, but the actual kill itself does not? When I die by the hands of an AI it counts too! So, death by an AI (counts), assisting someone kill an AI (counts), and killing an AI (doesn’t count?).
This is a joke, right? You could rack up plenty of kills from one-shotting grunts…

The reason AI kills don’t count for real kills is because when you kill an AI, there is no one on the other end that feels that kill. No embarrassment, shame, tears, anger; nothing.
The reason that an AI killing you counts as a death is because you are on the receiving end of a kill, and you are real. You feel that death. You have shame, pride, and a measure of skill. You felt it, and you should be disappointed by it.
For something to count, it must be dealt to someone that can appreciate the results of that action.

Yeah, it’s pretty unfair due to the health of some of the AI’s. Some are harder to kill and some are easier. And also, killing or assisting on an AI is a lot easier than going head to head with another player.

People would have 6 kills before they got out of home base in Warzone if you got kills for AI. Stats would all be messed up.
