I bought it before the game came out it redeemed and I got the first map pack. Then the next week a message came up saying something like my 14 day trial expired. Why would they make me spend 20 dollars for something I can only use for 2 weeks on the first map pack?
When I tried re downloading it, it said I had to spend 800 microsoft points. I feel ripped off. Can any member of 343 give me my maps? I had to delete it off my xbox because it did not let me play with the wargames pass on.
Help me. I still have the code if you want verification.
Stupid question, but you are selecting the DL content you want through the link to Marketplace in the Halo 4 menu, right?
Because if you just go into the Marketplace, outside of the game, it doesn’t recognize your Map Pass.
Sorry if this isn’t what you’re asking, but I know it can be a point of confusion with these new games and all their “buy this pass and get the DL content for cheaper” thing they’re all doing now. You have to fire up the game and go to the Marketplace through the link in the game’s menu to redeem your stuff…

I’m sorry to hear that, sounds like another thing they haven’t gotten around to fixing. I know others have had trouble redeeming their stuff too…
Hell I somehow got the Crimson maps for free at one point, and then they vanished. I still don’t know what that was all about.
Hopefully someone’s got the answer for you…
They need to fix this, set up a new Xbox and downloaded the maps, but wont let me play 'em because I dont have the pass. What? It’s my account, playing the maps on MY pass, there should be absolutely no reason why it shouldn’t work.

Also you could try to clear your cache and try again or instead of trying to get the download from marketplace go to infinity and choose the castle map pack playlist and it should re-direct you to the download that might work. Its worth a try
