why doesn't halo waypoint show my spartan???

Hello,

I was wondering why, whenever I look at my profile on waypoint, it thinks my spartan is all recruit armor. It shows my play history, rank, and emblem correctly, but doesn’t show my spartan. Why is this? Is there any way to fix it?

I’m having this problem for now 2 months.
I want to see my Spartan fully update but it never does.
@343i, please, tell us how to fix this, or at least, why is this happening.

I’ve had the same problem since the game launched, and from what I’m seeing half of my friends that have Halo 4 also appear as red Spartans in recruit armor. It’s also prevalent in many of the profiles I’m seeing when I look at my recent games on Waypoint.

In-game, everything is absolutely fine. Only Waypoint is failing to show my Spartan’s armor.

We are going to be rolling out what we hope to be a fix for this issue sometime this week. While it is not a guarantee that everyone’s issue will be corrected, we believe that most people will then be able to see their updated Spartans. More info to come.

ya i have the same problem… my spartan is still the default one even though im usin pioneer

Some people have the same problem, like me. You can correct it by moving all Halo 4 files onto your main console Hardrive. That worked for some, others, not so much. I’ll be waiting for an update I guess.
Just a suggestion OP.

I still have the problem, but maybe this can help 343. I bought the Halo 4 Limited Edition from Game Stop. I am currently SR 56 Engineer Specialization. my brother is SR 19. Both of us still show red recruit armor and neither of us have that armor on. Also I use a Black Ops II Flash Drive to use the Multiplayer, and I have to keep installing disk 2 to play the multiplayer. Both me and my brother play the same Halo 4 disk on the same xbox console.

The Halo 4 limited edition I bought is this one at the link:

I got it with Customizable forest camo Hazop armor, Prime Recruit Armor, Prime skin assault rifle, and all 8 of the Specializations already came with it.

I hope this helps you guys figure it out cause i’d like to see my Spartan IV on Waypoint.

I am having this same issue and moving all my info to my main harddrive did not work, I am hoping there is a patch soon because everyone I play with doesn’t have an issue but for me it just does not want to work, though glad to see I am not the only one having the problem, any luck with a patch from the mods?

happens to me too plz fix i bought limeted edition preowned at eb watergardens wich is in melbourne and i see my bloody noobish red recruit staring back at me plz help. also cane someone look up my name elite specture in the player finder and tell me if i am a recruit because i dont really care if it’s just me and that others see me properly because its hard to find a clan when they think im a recruit still and just ahcked my way to sr 28 when iv been playing a fair six hours and only used some codes my freinds gave in the waypoint (360) also shoes red recruit on phone and xbox (when i had gold!) it changed my logo/symbol once i changed it again and it stayed the same.
derr god i hope someone fixes this 343 have been trying and are probably asking BUNGIE for help.
