Isnt Perfect Kill all Headshots?
Because the chances of ALL your bullets hitting your target let alone your targets head with an automatic weapon are slim to none

People complain about too many medals but I view them as match descriptors and so on. I like many medals, although maybe there should be tiers. Anyways, that might be a nice medal to have actually. 100% headshots granting that.
