Why doesnt 343 care about fixing problems?

I have been looking for help with my issue via a post on here (this is actually my third post on this issue) as well as sent a private message to administrators, and not once have I heard any type of response.

I have activated all the terminals, waypoint will not give me credit for Flood, and the game will not give me credit for Terminus. I have specifically asked for help on this issue with no response. And before anyone can say you just want credit for something you have no earned, please stop. Flood has to be one of the easiest terminals to get. Load Infinity Stage on Bravo Rally point and turn around.

I had got it, waypoint gave me credit for it, then when I got the Knights terminal waypoint took away credit for it. I do not understand what is going on or if the terminal can be reset or what (because once you activate a terminal its gone). I am in the hands and at the mercy of 343/Waypoint and no help is being given.

3 months and this game will be already dead and not worth the Title Update.

I recommend restarting your router, and trying to unlock them again when you are online.

You may have already tried this, but maybe one of the times it will click.

Fixes, Patches and adding features into the game takes time. If I am not mistaken they are working on a TU which should be out soon. I don’t know about you but I would rather them release all the fixes in one package than address each problem individually.

Yes, but they also remove playlists no one wanted removed.
