What is this and why does it exist who thought this was a good idea?
all it does is help you survive longer against AI damage
it doesnt help you against Spartans

It does help you a little, most noticeable AR against AR or SMG vs SMG, but you will notice no difference from a longshot BR/DMR
It can make you survive a headshot from a sniper rifle.
Is it really true that it only helps against the OP NPC’s? That’s pointless IMO, especially since it doesn’t say so in the description and getting aggro from AI enemies will usually result in your death anyway… in any situatuin how would an extra grenade not benefit you infinitely more than a few percent more shields
It is very little, I find that mostly all other perks I’ve unlocked are better than Upgraded Sheilds
What is the best upgrade then? I’ve been using Auto-Medic a lot, but I don’t know if there are any better ones…
aut0-medic is a bit better in some situations.
