I don’t think we ever blew up Installation 05, so I think there are six.

The elites glassed it to stop the flood so a lot of the surface including the control room is probably gone

It’s NOT REQUIEM, look up the " Halo 4 Wake up John " Wallpaper, does the surface of Requiem look anything like that planet? No, I have a theory that Requiem is some sort of Deathstar, that can destroy planets.

We blew up the one in CE and, oh I see. That would of been the eighth. So, there are six.

There are 7 Halos. Installation 04 was destroyed and Installation 05 became Flood infested. If I had to guess it was glassed by the Covenant to stop their spread but that doesn’t mean it was rendered useless. The ring destroyed at the end of Halo 3 was simply a replacement ring after Installation 04 was destroyed.
So there are either 5 or 6 rings left over.

Requiem is a planet covered by a massive metal shell with a artificial star inside the shell above the planet designed to keep the flood out.
Because, I loved Halo 1s main menu background.
