Why does the game just end instantly?

> Is it really that big of a deal?

No, it isn’t.

It is a huge deal.

Little things matter.

I agree. 5 seconds to be in total anarchy and cause chaos is awesome. I see no reason to take it out. It only makes the game better to have it in. Changing it like this shouldn’t take longer then a minute or two. So PLEAS!!

I actually find it a bit irritating when things like the end of a game happens suddenly, I especially hate it when FPS’s or any games make you unable to move. The way it usually counts down and fades out is freaking perfect.

question.

how does this change improve the game?

> Is it really that big of a deal?

Short answer: Yes.

Long answer: Yes indeed.

It adds a sliver of extra fun to the game. And although it may just be a sliver of extra fun, it’s still extra fun - thus improvement.

-Adds hilarity
-Puts a humorous attitude while playing the game
-More freedom
-LOLz

I’m asking how removing it improves the game…

Nevermind…

Makes the end of the game more fun, some people(including my self) hate it when things end or stop suddenly and are irritated, whats the harm in it? How long would something like this take to put in to the game, not long at all, easily under 5 minutes. Its the only time during a game to kill who ever you want, however you want, and do whatever else you want. Everything it lets in is good.

I love to stand by my friend, plasma or heavy in hand, waiting for those final seconds to go by.

I agree. It’s lame.

You work the whole match and you don’t get to betray or t-bag or have some fun? I don’t like what I see.

It isn’t a big deal at all.

Let me answer your question with another question. How does having those few seconds after the game ends to screw around “improve” the game?

If you want to screw around, go play customs. The game ends when the game ends now. Deal with it.

ahh, exactly what I though.

You didn’t, actually couldn’t answer my question.

This is a game. A change like this can be done in seconds if not minutes. This will add more enjoyment to any gametype. Why the hell do people so often act as if things we’ve seen are carved in stone and are going to be in the game even if God himself said no?

> I agree, it should be where the announcer says “game over” then for about four seconds you’re able to mess about and then the Fury/Demon sign appears.

> However, remember the magic phrase - nothing is final. I heard that the E3 build was created in November of 2011, so if that’s true, there’ll be so many improvements by the time Halo 4 is released.

Where’d you hear this from?

I’d miss it if it were totally gone.

Well… there is no friendly fire in 4 so I don’t think it would be fun anymore to have that extra time. And it is not such a big deal…

Did I miss something?
Could you link or tell me your source?

No friendly fire? When was this announced? I’m glad I wont have to die for picking up the Sniper Rifle anymore. But still, it would be pretty cool, and not hard, or really time consuming to enable friendly fire when the announcer says game over.

I am pretty sure FF was confirmed to be playlist specific…

I just want the few seconds of hilarity at the end, or at least have some form of acknowledge whether it is in or not.
