Why does Reach still play choppy on my Xbox One?

It’s lightyears better than when it was entirely broken, but it still feels like every second I’m missing one or two frames. My movement and turning movement is still quite choppy and jittery as a result. Anyone else have this issue?

I do sometimes online but it’s mainly because it’s the other players, not me. I don’t experience it at all with custom games, hopefully this helps.

It is very likely lag of some kind, or a map that bogs down the framerate. Are we talking multiplayer or all modes, offline and online?

All modes, online and off. It runs the smoothest in customs, but the issue is still present. It is slightly worse online, enough to easily lose me a firefight I could have easily one. It doesn’t feel like traditional lag where I’m warping around or there is an imput delay, it feels like I’m just missing a frame or two every second, like I’m missing visual information. It screws with my aim and is quite frustrating.

I believe Halo Reach from the very beginning had poor optimization.

The game still plays way too choppy for me. It’s like I’m controlling a guy who is a little drunk.
