why does noone pick up the plasma pistol?

did noone play Halo 2 before?
the plasma pistol is back and it’s better than ever! [cue Hess truck commercial song]
wrecks OS. even rapid fire it shreds shields. even the sight of a charged pistol makes BKs keep their distance.
even if you don’t use it to get a noob combo, as a support, I get upwards to 3-5 EMP assists in a row.

I love the pp, I even do noob combos from time to time usually only when I got no shield to try and level the playing field, plus screws the vehicles over

I pick it up quite often. I love hearing the noob combo when you get that medal. I also challenged myself to get a kill with it which I go any did last night. In FFA also.

I loved the noob combo since day one of playing Halo actually, PP + pistol/br is so effective.

I just recently started using it. Nobody expects the charged shot. Works well.

Yeah pls keep this on the dl. I always get positive kda whilst holding the pp. If people know about it I wont be able to pick it up on a whim. So I would be deeply appreciative if you would refrain from speaking… :smiley:

I wish I could trade in three PP’s for a Voids Tear. That thing is crazy powerful and I get it in my random weapon req all the time.

I wish i could use my collection of all 3 plasma pistols, but i knocked my controller off a table and it no longer is able to charge it up. So i am stuck, unable to hijack paralysed things until i geta new controller, so if you see me shooting things with one, just know its the best i can do right now.

I started using it recently, but it was after I started getting commendations on other weapons I started to use first

I love the noob combo… once u get the hang of it its so easy to use

Good for bringing down Banshee’s and Phaetons… rather useless otherwise…
