why does it say I have to buy halo AGAIN

Its says I have to buy halo to watch halo nightfalls but I already own the game I am NOT going to buy it again

There are some troubleshooting steps outlined by the Forum team here, have a look over them and see if any of them, or the posts by myself, help you out. Specifically, if you bought the physical copy, make sure that you have redeemed the code that came in your box.

I have nightfall to play, but as soon as i try to watch it always change to the bulletin afeter about 3 seconds, help!

Do you have a capture card plugged into your box? if you do, remove it and the videos should play. If not, try some of the steps in the link I posted further up.
