Because theirs a lot of work that needs to be done to obtain it. I’ve look at my company’s commodations. To get it you need several hundred thousand kills d thats only one commodation. I think there’s a total of 32. All need to be completed to tier 3 for the armour and tier 5 for the helmet. There’s a lot of work into getting it and only those company’s most dedicated will get to it

- It was weared by Spartans back in the day.
- Achilles was a Greek hero who was immortal everywhere except his heel.
- It is hard to get which means wearing it tells everyone around you that you are awesome
P.S. I am perfectly happy with my Mark IV Armor.
Some people like Gladiator helmets… I mean, is there any other gladiator helmet in the game? No. Alright.
Also, I am a completionist. It annoys me if there is one thing you haven’t got. I probably wont wear it if I do, because in my opinion there are better helmets out there. I quite like Fred’s helmet. If I get it, I get it properly, and not through farming, but through playing the game how it is supposed to be played.
Have you seen the movie Troy! Brad Pitt (Achilles) blains everyone in sight. That’s obviously the reason why people want the armor so bad.

Yeah people just use it due to it being hard to obtain. That’s basically it. Tho some people love the look of it.

I got mine today and yeah it looks badass 
To me the Achilles Armor is like the Recon Armor From Halo 3 I remember when Halo 3 ODST came out the only way to get the Recon is to complete all the Vidmaster Challenge man that was really hard to do I don’t ever want to do those challenge ever again please don’t ask me to help you with the Vidmaster because I’m not going to help you.
