Everytime I’m going into the Anniversary Classic playlist and everytime Snipers comes up everyone votes for it. And I suck at Snipers so I just wanted to know why everyone votes for Snipers everytime it comes up…
Also, does Ridgeline ever come up because all I ever find is Battle Canyon, Damnation, Headlong, Solitary, and Hand 'em High but no Ridgeline.
This 2 big maps ( Ridgeline <- the one you were talking about and Breackneck) only appears in BTB and not in regular anniversary playlist.

I never get snipers in Classic.

Since the Anniversary playlist is limited to Classic and Firefight, I rarely will go into it anymore when I am on Reach. I personally loved BTB snipers and am always willing to load up a game in custom games with friends to enjoy it every now and then, but when BTB was removed from matchmaking, it pretty signed off the ability for me to enjoy Anniversary as much as I had used to.
That and I like Team Snipers, brings the notion around that you need to know how to put kill in the word skill (to survive in a snipers match that is).

I’m gonna go ahead and stop you there. If people like playing Snipers so much in Anniversary, then why do they vote for it and then turn around and use a Magnum the entire match? I’m still trying to understand why there’s even a Magnum secondary in Snipers when it’s a 3-shot anyways.

I don’t know, ask them why do they use magnum. I barely use it when i play.

Oh yes, you right!! I already played 2 games in breackneck since BTB was removed. Totally forgot. My bad

All I get to play that crap on is Hang 'em High. And it sucks, I really never try on that gametype; at least not in the Anniversary playlist.
Why do people pick snipers in Anniv.? Because it’s played on a map you’ll never get to see or play anywhere else in Matchmaking. It’s just the map.
