Why do they ignore everything outside the US?

I am a huge fan of the Halo produced by Bungie and I am Korean. I was also a Flight when the Xbox Flight and PC version of Halo MCC first came out, and we talked a lot about the issue. But they didn’t listen to me, and they didn’t even want to solve the problem.

First released on Xbox in Korea, The Covenant in Halo Combat Evolved spoke in Korean. In the Japanese version, the Covenant spoke with an English voice, whereas in Korea, the Covenant was dubbed with a Korean voice. When I was a kid, I heard Grunt say “The squad leader is dead, run away!” in Korean. From the moment I heard that, I thought this game was really well localized. And from then on, I became a big fan of this game.

However, since the Halo Anniversary, which came out on the Xbox 360, speaking in English is still the same in the current MCC version. In addition, certain mission voices are out of sync, so the voice suddenly sounds double, and even some voices are set so fast that they sound strange. I’ve been consistently submitting these and they just ignore them all the time.
This is like smashing the Halo franchise that I enjoyed as a kid, 343 Industries trampled on my childhood memories and to this day they don’t fix it.

well for me as a russian same problem. for consistency sake and the luck of me also being fairly good at german i play them at german wich evry game has but i would prefer it in english if i would be more fluent. as in german sometimes voiceactors change randomly from game to game most noticable the master chief ( wich btw got for example in the original ce version and in aniversary different voice actor i h4 it changes again darstically but in h2 and h3 they probably have the most fitting voice actor ) probably money decided what languages to translate to.
