I’m talking about how most people changed their mind about sprint when they played it and the same could happen with mangler/ BR starts. if not, then maybe a slightly reworked mangler just like how sprint was reworked.
Its not a bad assumption to make that most people on this halo website are halo purists and are people who are hardest to change on what halo could change to. Chill a bit.
I don’t believe most people on here are halo purists. I also don’t believe people changed their minds about sprint either. Maybe some people don’t care either way…but the “purists” you speak of that critique the game that still play it that you believe changed their minds…I don’t believe they did. They just accept it. What else can they do?

They want a new halo game…so they just accept it. I’m pretty sure they’d still want it removed if they had their choice. That’s it’s own topic in and of itself though. Personally my favorite halo games are h2 and h5.
I think something that’s missed is that the sweats are playing the butchered ranked gametype. AR spawns and radar (even if it’s trash) make a close range weapon like the mangler much less effective.
