My teammates always kill me for the stuff they want. I cant play one game of invasion or btb that doesn’t involve betraying or acting so stupid
anyway anyone want to team up in btb or invasion?
That sucks. If it’s happening a lot however, you’ve got to ask yourself if it’s something you’re doing to provoke that response (wasting sniper rounds? getting the tank blown up straight away? … you get the point).
Nope and im like always getting first place and if not first then second with like 20+kills and 5-deaths
because people like that have to be annoying and stuff and i really know how it feels because quite often i run into people like that and it does get on your nervs but you have to be the better person and just ignore them and sure il play some btb with you or some team slayer or any playlist i really don’t mind. just have a good day

After the match try to get anybody else that did well(from your team or the other one) to team up. Play a few games together if well both keep doing well then you’ll have a friend. Keep repeating until you get a team.

You should be a little more honest. That would mean your KD is around 4:1, and it’s not anywhere close to that. The accurate numbers would be that you usually get about 13 kills and 11 deaths…
Still, being betrayed for weapons is always dumb, but some people should be more aware of what weapon they are/aren’t good with and make better decisions about what to pick up and what to leave for a teammate.
Just ask him if he knows karate, and kick him out of the game after he betrayed you.

Someone lacks skill with the sniper how else are they going to improve if they don’t use it? There’s no I in Team but if players who are less skilled aren’t given a chance then they may never be able to pull the same numbers or help the team out as much as they could. Take me - I’m bad with the sniper, I use it sometimes but I’m improving slowly. It’s not my weapon of choice but it’s not like skilled players have reservations on certain gear.

This might be a rough estimate and not an exact number.
I can’t get into a Big Team Battle or Invasion match without team mates betraying me, a terrible team, hogging all power weapons, ect.
I’ve noticed an increased number in this sort of activity and therefore, I don’t play Reach very often anymore.
My recommendation is for you to play Halo 3.
Oddly enough, it doesn’t happen to me often in Anniversary BTB, but it happens a lot in regular Big Team.
It definitely sucks, though. Especially when you don’t get the option to boot them!
its a lot of bs when a team mate go’s around killing everyone on your team then after everyone quits then he quits to leave you alone with you on the wrong end of the 4 on 1
My friend usually heads for the sniper in BTB and to be honest she is OK with it but the next thing like usual she is screaming for me to come and help her as she sprints away because there is always someone thinking the sniper is allocated just for them and they will taunt and betray for it.
Unfortunately there is no pill for ignorance and stupidity, but if that boot option shows up they are gone and eventually comes the message from them that we suck and they are the best.
I have run into this a lot lately too (mostly in BTB). One occasion that stands out to me was when I grabbed the sniper rifle (first time in the whole game), I had this one monkey following me around shooting me any time I tried to scope in. We wound up getting double killed by the enemy sniper because I couldn’t actually do anything. So I spent the rest of the game returning the favor. Had plenty of other times when I go to drive even a warthog (with another warthog right beside it), some -Yoink- just keeps shooting at me. First thought is “maybe he wants a ride.” Nope. He just wants to shoot me.
When a player betrays me for a weapon I hunt them down the rest of the match. I literally will not let them enjoy that weapon they stole from me for the rest of the game. I don’t kill them, I only shoot them enough so enemies kill them or they can’t fire the weapon correctly (like a sniper). This usually makes the betrayer quit the match.
Betraying them back doesn’t work, but annoying them to death little by little is so much more effective =) Most betrayers are betraying you for a weapon so they still want to play the game but they want to be morons about it by stealing stuff that isn’t theirs. So they tend to get annoyed and quit if it’s more trouble than staying. If it was a player that was just betraying people for the fun of it (not to get a weapon) then you have to deal with them a little differently.
