Why do people hate Palmer?

I really do not see what is wrong with ehr character, i actually love her. I think it nice to see a bad -Yoink- girl spartan in halo who runs -Yoink-.

I feel like most people who say " I hate Palmer, she needs to die, words character ever" are mostly just bandwagon-ing.

So what’s wrong with her? Really trying to understand.

Too rude for my liking. No respect for others at times… But i don’t hate her

I just dont like her. plain and simple

She has no background story , is rude to everyone non spartan except Lasky. Calls all the scientists ‘Eggheads’ even though they maker her equipment. She also Hates Halsey with a passion .

I dont find her ‘hot’ if so to speak at all . I prefer Kelly

People can’t understand a character that is actually a well developed character. Characters are more that just happy go lucky, always nice and always helping others. Same people hated on Del Rio because of what he did. Stories need characters that like to create conflict and add to the plot.

To your point, I like her as a character but hate her as a person (if she were real).

Tossing your opionion in the bandwagon bin

Does he really need a reason not to like her? I guess my number 1 reason: She hates Halsey.

Sarah Palmer why do most hate her? There was another guy who analyzed her too.

She’s that typical strong woman character that gets tossed around way to many series. Just annoying over anything else. And she refers to the covenant on multiple occasions as “bad guys”…makes me shiver every time I hear that 3 year old line.

When did Disney dialogue enter the Halo series?

Consider how inept she is, most people wonder how she got her job in the first place. I assumed affirmative action would have run its course in 500 years but I guess not. Miller is the only one that is worse at saying stupid stuff. Why two “spartans” do tactical command and hardly ever wear their helmets instead of fighting is beyond me. If they are spartans, it means they should be out on the battlefield, not chilling at home base.

Why not hate her?

I’d like to see someone make a thread as to why you should like her instead of hate her like what I did instead of just going come on guys give her another chance, shes a bad -Yoink- girl spartan so you should like her instead of being a sexist.

Well that disappeared quickly.

Mainly because the people who write her dialogue.

She said “freaking”. Also, the whole gambit of “DALTON! Do this! DALTON! Do that,” got really old.

After that point, I was done trying to warm up to her character.

She’s in a military environment, the game is rated Mature, and she says “freaking”.

Yep, done.

If anybody in my plt said “freaking”, s/he would never hear the end of it until the day they retired.

Theory 1. Poorly concieved character with broken dialog that on the one hand plays to every cliche of military games (see. first round’s on me) and on the other simply doesn’t work (see. eggheads.)

Theory 2. Strong female character that has absolutely no interest in you.

never really cared for her character.

Because most of the haters have paper skin and exaggerate EVERYTHING.

“UGH!! SHE’S SO MEAN!! I HATE HER!!! BWAAAA!!! CHIEF PLZ KILL THIS -Yoink-!!!”

Well Sarah Palmer sure isn’t that.

I don’t exactly hate her. However, that doesn’t mean that I wouldn’t want to see her learn some respect. She throws far too many temper tantrums. She’s a bad influence for the Spartans if you ask me.
