Pretty much on every single major Halo video below the description box, half the comments are just homophobic slurs against the COD series. I’ve never played or got into COD, but this is just ridiculous on so many levels.
What’s wrong with being gayyy? People who use homophobic insults bug the hell out of me. It’s 2012, time for some progress. (I came from Vancouver, go figure. We fly the rainbow flags on our street lamps. <3)
It’s just like the hatred for gay people, there is absolutely no reason to hate a video game. It’s a video game, you don’t even play it, it has no impact on your life, it’s just other people having a good time. I’m sure that there are dozens of other games that you don’t enjoy playing, but why do you only irrationally hate on one particular one?
People show hate for it because humans naturaly become offended when someone has a different opinion than them. I’ve seen people harm each other over the dumbest things.
Additionally, some hate it so much, they don’t want its tainted influence anywhere around Halo, no matter what the idea is. You wouldn’t believe the reaction when they heard Killcams were in the game.

If people are hating on CoD in the same highly emotive, irrational, rants then they’re no better then the “8 year old scumbags”.

Where is sudden death from above?
Where is the ability to set invisible booby traps?
Where is the ability to pick any weapon for your loadout?
Where is the highly focused requirement on aiming down the sight?
Oh yeah, nowhere - therefore Halo is not copying CoD.

I should NOT be able to get 30 kills in 2 mins, with all but like 6 of them being from 1 killstreak reward.

Killing tons of people with 1 killstreak does NOT take skill.
Pointing center mass with a full auto weapon and killing them nearly instantly does NOT take skill.
Call of duty is full of both, therefor Call of Duty does NOT take skill
