i was in halo 4 matchmaking today and a group of ignorant fools bashed on me cause of my orientation im gay and im proud of it and i dont like people who insult other people on their race orientation and gender.
The community isn’t what it was. But its not the game or any games fault in my opinion. Its a lack of proper parenting. I am sorry that happened to you though.
Why? Because the community is full of people who believe they’re entitled to the game, and expect the game to be made for them, and them alone. Some of them want to keep reliving the past by remaking Halo 2 and Halo 3 over and over and over, because in most people’s minds Halo 2 and/or Halo 3 are the best Halos they’ve ever played, and that there is no way in hell that they could be another great game other than those two games.
Yeah its a crying shame, I think people are just plain stupid. lets look at it like that.

Thats something we all need to keep in my mind too.
People do such things because they feel safe behind the t.v. If it weren’t for that, I highly doubt they would do it when you’re face to face with them.
Just suck it up and live damn. There are always going to be people like that in the world, learn to live with it, be tough and live on.

Don’t worry about it. They don’t know you, you dont know them. While I don’t like it any more then you do, its going to happen. Just go enjoy another match, but before you do:
