Why do new spartans have wings?.

Just wondering if anyone knows why most of the new armor seems to have little wings on the back.

I think they are for the thruster-pack/jet-pack.

It’s simply a new cosmetic design for the Spartan IV’s.

Maybe they were going to have an armor affect that had Angel wings, but it was cut or is locked for untold reasons. (Most likely BS Angel has the effect hidden away or a dev mod.)

Built in thrusters. Course some don’t really have those so if they fall from orbit, they are screwed.
