Hey guys,
So I haven’t played halo (arena and warzone) for couple of days now, all i do is forge and play with my brother. Anyways, when I play custom games and have to get off, it always gives me the “leaving games often can result in a ban” or something along those lines, i find it annoying because after 1 game tonight I wanted to play some warzone and now I’ve been banned, this happens too much honestly, when I’m playing alone checking out of map or when I’m versing my siblings and get off it always bans me. i find it rather annoying that they added banning for the whole of online if you leave a few LAN games, does anyone know if there is any way this could stop because I’m really really over it now, if any 343i workers are out there, please please please tell me how I can get this to stop!! also whilst we are on the topic, why does custom games and forge need an internet connection to play? can’t it be like the older games where you could forge offline and check maps out without lagging?? anyways, thanks in advance if anyone has an idea of what to do

Looking at your game history, you need to stop quitting. There are a horrendous number of DNF’s so no wonder 343 has you on the naughty list.
It’s not like quitting makes any difference to the match. Because of other players being able to jump into the match after you quit, the team you left really isn’t at any sort of disadvantage. People still quit like crazy and the ban hasn’t done anything to curb it. Originally, the game play ban was instituted back when joining matches in progress was not allowed in Halo. Now the ban is more of a nuisance than a preventative measure. If people want to leave a lousy match because they are stuck on team moron with the worst players in the game, they should be able to do so as much as they want. As someone who goes in and relies on PUGs, being able to quit is one of the few saving graces we have sparing us being the other team’s punching bag.
The ban should just be removed all together.
