i sold my xbox 360 last year but i got another xbox 360 yesterday and some of the content from halo reach is missing like maps and that, i did try to redownload the content and now i have to pay ??? why its not like we can play on half of the maps because they we’re removed,

It is because you are using a different console than the one they were originally purchased from. XBL marketplace purchases are registered to both the account and console they were bought on. You can do a license transfer to register all your previous purchases onto your new console and redownload them from you download history at no cost.
