Why do i get kicked from Spartan Companies

Alright,
Every time I log onto halo 5 if I was in a Spartan company Im kicked out of it.

And this isn’t halos fault by any means but do I have to play halo every day all day to stay in most companies? Or the people who host these companies take the game way to seriously

Sounds like you might be joining the wrong companies. You may want to aim for something a little more casual.

You could always ask the company leadership instead of the general halo population. For all I know you were being abusive or played an hour a week.

There are some Spartan Companies that tend to be “elitist” But most others can be found are pretty casual if you can find one you like I say go for it!

You don’t play a lot of games, really. Your last big play date was 3-27. That’s the thing we in my company remove people for the most: inactivity. Couple it with lack of communication in the company forum and app, and it’s an easy choice.

How often do you go to the War Games simulations? You should be training regularly, you are not on vacation but on duty, so move your sorry butt and do your job, Spartan!

PS. If you’re active and you don’t care about the Achilles armor(we already completed it and we just need to get the helmet), you can join the Company I’m in, I’ve seen we have 2 free spots.

That’s reason enough to be kicked out of a company? That’s honestly kind of sad.

Why is that sad? Most companies are trying for Achilles, if you only play an hour a week you aren’t contributing. The spot ahould go to someone that will play more for the team.

At our current status, yes.
Why? Because most companies want members who help out at getting, The Achilles armor set.
But then you have those companies who say they are going to start removing people who havn’t played in a week, what I find funny is if the company has reach 100 members, that is a lot of work to figure out who hasn’t been playing.

Everyone is so serious, contributing isn’t something you should be kicked out for if by some chance you have a life outside of halo. You contributing by being part of the team when you can and how you can. The Company itself needs to be more questionable on who they allow, in the first place. But…this just my views, the whole company system is just broken, if you want a good company to belong in, Make one yourself.

I don’t know if anybody on the general Halo 5 forums even really cares about Spartan Company drama. Just make your own company or join a casual company. Problem solved.

Did you read the Company Rules? Most state what you have to do, my Company for example got 1 rule, 100 games in the past 7 days, thats nothing for a casual, but something for the grind hard folks who want that damn Achilles!

I have been kicked from my company cause i dont play halo more than 1 houer per week, so i understand it and i dont care about achilles.

Exactly.

Like the others said. You may have joined a active conpany aiming for achilles and your GH shows that you arent that active-you’re more of a casual player
So maybe get into a casual company
Other than getting achilles or finding ppl to play with i dont see a reason for OP needing to be in a spartan company

inactivity

That and the teaming up aspect. If you’re not online, you can’t team up to get more wins and well, socialise. Is socialising sad now? It’s not like the companies have unlimited spots.

Were you inactive? If you’re in a very active company and you’re inactive, you’re just wasting space by not contributing. I’m a lieutenant in my company, that’s how we see it anyway.

We are a casual company. We have no level requirements, no need to get a K/D superior to X or be a diamond player, etc. We do have a minimum playtime though and for now it is set at 3 hours.

Believe me, if you can’t play 3 hours a week you are more than just casual. I average 10 hours a week by playing once or twice during weekdays and Saturday/Sunday morning. So yeah we are a casual company, but we like our members to party all together and contribute as much as they can to Achilles.

You are joining the hard core companies, grind non stop all day.
OP and every one is welcome in my company SPARTANS RISING is conformed by me and a few friends they hardly play but I do more often.
O and I couldn’t care less about Achilles so I don’t mind if someone doesn’t conect in a while just looking someone to play with.

The only requirement the company I joined has is to be actively playing.
