That’s all well and good, but why revive this thread after it was closed for 16 hours? It’s clear it should’ve remained close if everyone was reporting it.
I didn’t revive it. I was replying to your comment about the community isn’t ready for tough discussions. You clearly don’t want to discuss with others you just talk about aim assist non stop. Both parties need to stop talking about each others inputs. There are clearly benefits and cons for each side.

The training wheels argument is nonsense. No controller player in Halo plays without Aim Assist. It’s not training wheels. And if you say it is, because MNK players don’t need it, well that is again nonsense, because that’s a completely different input device.
You make good points.
However, one of the big ones to remember is that cutting PC out of playlists won’t get rid of cheaters. Modded consoles, installed hacks, and modded controllers coexist with their PC counterparts.
Nowhere near as prominent as they used to be. I’ve never seen a modded Xbox One in my life, let alone the newer hardware.
While certain SCUF controllers and Cronus are a fair point, “installed hacks” isn’t feasible on an operating system that doesn’t give you access to game files.
(Also, please correct me if I’m wrong about the modded consoles. I really haven’t heard about anything like that since the Xbox and Xbox 360.)
Modded xbox consoles are non existent dude. Ever since the Xbox One there is no way to run unsigned code through xbox hardware
I’m glad you haven’t, but it’s an anecdotal take. There are communities that I follow that tell a very different story.
Xbox’s OS is a slightly modified version of Windows 10, it’s been cracked and there are tutorials that exist on how to install mods.
As long as there’s a market to exploit, aftermarket/black market sales will leach on. Console gaming is one of the biggest markets in the world, there’s going to be a significant black market presence.

has there been any aim assist to offset M&K? i haven’t noticed it like on other FPS.

I know it comforts players who use this argument that consoles are “untouchable”, but it’s absolutely a fairytale.
There are plenty of outlets and tutorials that show how to install software onto your Xbox to give you an edge. Wall hacks, aim bots, let’s not forget modded controllers either.

Like I said, please give sources dude. I’m not saying you’re a liar, but asking us to just “trust me bro” isn’t cutting it. Like I said, I’m on GBA-Temp and I know there are ways to modify PS4 and even PS5 hardware, but nothing has ever been released for Xbox One consoles and up
I guarantee you if there was a way for Xbox consoles to be modified, Team Executor would have been one of the first on the scene to profit on this, as they do with every console. There has been nothing from them or anyone on this

Simple, if I wanted to play with PC players Id play on PC. Also PC players can easily just buy hacks such as aim bot and wall hacks. No thank you. You’ll see those run rampant especially in a free game with out an aggressive anti cheat in place.
The xbox one has not been cracked. The PS4 has an early custom firmware, but as far as the xbox goes it has not been cracked yet and there is no custom firmware yet.
Controllers needing aim assist (which is a fact, can’t fight that no matter how hard you try) and believing it’s similar to a -Yoink!- aim bot that tracks people through walls and guarantees headshots by locking onto your -Yoink!- skull are not one in the same. This is a joke post.

Weird stuff like skewers altering course mid flight? That’s a controller player and the effect of red reticles. PC players don’t have red reticles and can’t do this.
Easily? Why do you say easily? It’s not like hacks are widely available.
