The campaign demo with Frankie is old, but looking back through it, I noticed that when Frankie got in a ghost, he only wanted to splatter the covenant, he just shot the prometheans. So that got me wondering? If you try to splatter a Promethean, could it do something to your vehicle?
Perhaps he will just warp away.
OR it could be something more punishing, like maybe a watcher can pick up your vehicle, just like a grenade, and then throw it at you!

Maybe you cant, cant they just teleport out of the way (the knights anyway)

It being a possibility has nothing to do with me saying what actually happened.

Well I wouldn’t rule out that a Knight could decapitate an Elite…
They’re probably stronger than Elites.
I’m willing to bet that Knights can hijack, or at least melee you while you’re in a vehicle, similarly to how the Knight right before the Ghost segment of the mission knocked an Elite out of his Ghost.

I can tell you now if the best of the best at 343i went to an MLG event, heck, even MLG Dallas on Nov 2nd-4th, they would get beat.
Just because you make the game, doesn’t mean you’re good at it.
Just a note, I matched a Bungie Employee in Halo 3 in about 2009, it was a BRs game on Orbital, the employee picked up Dual Spikers, ran in a bunch and if I remember correctly, went negative.
