you can get Mark VI by beating the whole entire campaign on legendary. There you go…by the looks of it, you have already beat it on legendary co-op. you should have it. If you don’t try beating it on legendary.

Essentially, Mark 6 is Chiefs armour, Cortana just made some upgrades to it while he was in cryo using, if I’m not mistaken, nanobots.
It was designed for a Spartan-II, not a Spartan-IV, so canonically, it wouldn’t work.
What really bothers me is the armor that they used in the prologue.
